Coton School Council
After applying for the role of school councillor, we were all voted for by our peers to form the Coton School Council. Our aim is to listen to the views of the children and improve the school to the best it can possibly be! Each half term, we meet to decide on what our focus is and how to achieve it. Spring 1 Focus - Money Raising (Bake Sale)
On Friday 10th February, following our latest School Council meeting, it was great to see the children come together to host a 'Cake Sale' to raise some money. A huge THANK YOU to parents for helping to bake lots of delicious treats, the children for their enthusiasm advertising and leading the Cake Sale and to EVERYONE who bought (and hopefully enjoyed) a cake. The School Council raised an impressive £117. We look forward to deciding what to put the money towards at our next meeting.
