Today's focus was to develop our aiming with accuracy and control. We began with a warm up designed to rehearse some fundamental hand-eye coordination skills before introducing tennis rackets where we attempted to balance and bounce the ball.
Next, an activity designed to challenge our accuracy whilst bouncing a ball to our partner. I wonder if you can spot the obstacle we had to navigate en route to finding out partner?
Finally, in true 'street racket' style, we drew our own grids and set our own aiming with accuracy challenges.
