Huge congratulations to our Tag Rugby squad for some outstanding performances at this morning's competition. Topped only by the glorious sunshine, the squad showed all of our school values as they ran, dodged and tagged their way through 7 incredibly tight matches. It is testament to their commitment and dedication to weekly after school club sessions for two years, led by Dan Lewis, that earned them 7 out of 7 wins. The final match was the toughest, but rightly so, as the winning side was destined to take the title. With less than 30 seconds to go it was 4 - 4. Somewhat fitting that our team captain, Eddie, stepped up once more and weaved his way in and around defenders to place the ball over the opposition's line right at the death. So pleased for this group of children to be crowned overall winners of the South Cambs School Partnership's Small Schools' Tag Rugby Competition this year. 

We are incredibly proud of this squad of players and would like to extend our thanks to Dan for his commitment to the team over the past two years.
